01Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Taxiway Realty (“Taxiway Realty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of www.taxiwayrealty.com and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
02Our Services
Taxiway Realty is a licensed real estate brokerage specializing in aviation property, including airpark homes, hangars, commercial aviation facilities, and land. The Services allow you to browse listings, save properties, request information, and connect with our agents. Use of the Services does not by itself create a brokerage, agency, or fiduciary relationship; such a relationship is established only through a separate written agreement.
03No Professional Advice
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, tax, insurance, engineering, or aeronautical advice. Property values, financing terms, zoning, airport access rights, easements, runway and taxiway use, and FAA or other regulatory considerations vary and can change. You should consult qualified professionals and conduct your own due diligence before making any real estate decision.
04Listing Information & Accuracy
Listing information — including prices, dimensions, runway and hangar specifications, square footage, lot size, taxes, and availability — is obtained from sources believed reliable, including sellers and Multiple Listing Services, but is not guaranteed and is subject to change, prior sale, or withdrawal without notice. Photographs, renderings, and maps are for illustration only. Buyers are responsible for independently verifying all information material to a purchase decision.

06Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated.
07Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- Scrape, harvest, or collect listing data or user information by automated means without our written permission;
- Reproduce, redistribute, or republish listings or content except as permitted by these Terms;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data;
- Upload viruses or malicious code, or transmit unsolicited advertising or spam; or
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Services to harass or harm others.
08Intellectual Property
The Services and all content, features, and functionality — including text, graphics, logos, the Taxiway Realty name and marks, photographs, and software — are owned by Taxiway Realty or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes, no rights are granted to you.
09User Content
If you submit content to us — such as inquiries, reviews, or property details — you represent that you have the right to do so and grant Taxiway Realty a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and marketing the Services. You remain responsible for the content you submit.
10Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate or link to third-party websites, tools, and content, including mapping, financing, and listing platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
11Disclaimers
THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT LISTING INFORMATION IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT.
12Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAXIWAY REALTY AND ITS AGENTS, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIMITATION IS NOT PERMITTED BY LAW.
13Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taxiway Realty and its agents, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
14Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Taxiway Realty maintains its principal office, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
15Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective” date above. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
